ViewSPORT will gladly accept your order for return or exchange in its original condition(1) within 30 days of when you received it. If you think you may need to make a return or exchange, please keep the invoice that came with your order. There is a form that must be included in the package being sent back to us. If you have lost the invoice, you can download a copy of the return form here.
Gifts are only available for an exchange or in-store credit.
Please contact customer service immediately upon receiving your order if you believe your product(s) are damaged, defective, or the wrong item. We ask that you hold on to all original packaging until you contact a customer service associate. ViewSPORT will provide a replacement or refund as well as cover all shipping costs associated with a damaged product(s).

Returns:
Fill out the form for the return. Then mail the form and product(s) back to us via your shipping method of choice to the address above. ViewSPORT will credit the purchase price, less shipping to the original method of payment. You will be notified by email that your account has been credited. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to process.
Exchanges:
Fill out the form for the exchange with new product information. Then mail the form and product(s) back to us via your shipping method of choice to the address above.
Notes:
1. Original condition refers to any product that is unworn, unused, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must not smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any way. If these conditions are not met, a 30% re-stocking fee may apply.
